Some of the last remaining narrow gauge industrial lines using steam traction in the 1960s are seen in action at Dinorwic, BICC Callenders Cables and Bowaters with later diesel traction seen at a brickworks. Early preservation on the Festiniog, Talyllyn and Welshpool & Llanfair Railways are seen in the 1960s plus Llanberis Lake, Launceston Steam, Leighton Buzzard and other lines during the 1970s and 1980s. The Vale of Rheidol, Isle of Man and Snowdon Mountain Railway are also seen, again in the 1960s. 100% archive filmed by and narrated by Jon Marsh. Running time 1 hour 10 minutes.
